Helen and I helped serve at a Valentines dinner for a work-group. We eat often with the groups when they're here and we get cooked for by a Costa Rican chef called Marlin, pictured here getting a Valentines present from us.

Lovely piccy of you both! Our foster kids have gone back to their family now. Nice to have a break but we are missing them!
Your both looking extremely well. Hope you`ll like it in Bolivia,is the weather there hot,or is it a mountainous region? It`ll be different to what you`ve been used to in Costa Rica.
I`m looking forward to seeing your Mum and Dad,they`re coming to visit tomorrow. I haven`t seen them since they started fostering,so it`ll be nice.
